You will learn about the benefits of having an appraisal, and we give you guidance on how the appraisal should take place. We show you what should be included during an appraisal, and how you can prepare for one. We also talk about additional considerations that may need to be taken into account. In the final few videos we talk about reviewing achievements, communication during an appraisal meeting, setting personal goals, and then finally, how to summarise an appraisal.
